Delivery was very prompt. I received all the parts needed. While assembly was difficult, XTERRA helped me figure everything out and now I have a sturdy, working elliptical to exercise on.

It works ok for the price. I’d rate higher, but I have to retighten the bolts almost every time I use it. If you don’t mind having to do that, then I’d say it’s worth it for the price.

Have had the machine for about 2 weeks and use everyday. It works great and I’m super impressed with the price/functionality. If I had to complain about one thing, the heart rate monitor takes a little longer than past machine’s I’ve used to give me a reading.
