Shipping Policy
XTERRA Fitness ships products to the 48 contiguous US states only.
Our goal is to ship all orders within 3 business, however with the current increase in demand, we are experiencing delays up to 7 business days. A majority of our products are shipped FedEx Ground and do not require you to be home for delivery. Once we process and ship your order, you will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number.

Bikes: SB500 Recumbent
The products listed above are shipped through a freight carrier and will require a customer signature upon delivery. The shipping company will call before attempting to deliver your machine. A total of three attempts will be made to contact you. After three attempts have been made the shipping company will make arrangements to return your machine to our warehouse. Return shipping and a 20% restocking fee may apply. If you request a reconsignment to have your machine delivered to a different address than originally specified on the order a $100 reconsignment charge will apply.
For your convenience, these products also come with additional shipment options that you will be able to select during the checkout process. Basic delivery is included in the cost of your machine, Threshold and White Glove are additional.
Basic
Delivery includes appointment with an 8 hour window. Delivered curbside with a lift-gate.Expected arrival: 1-2 weeks.
Threshold
Delivered by one driver with a lift gate, and equipment to get it inside the first enclosure (e.g., garage or front door).Expected arrival: 1-2 weeks.
White Glove
Delivered by two men at an appointed time. Delivery includes appointment with a 4 hour window, 30 minute pre-call, delivered to the room of choice, unpack, assembly, and debris removal (includes 2 flights of stairs).Expected arrival: 2-4 weeks.

After an item has been shipped from our warehouse, the shipping service cannot be upgraded.
